I was able to remove the bolt, but hole probably needs re-tapping. This would explain why it was running fast. Bay delta or you arrange shipping. When I looked into it more closely noticed that the rubber hoses from air box to carb and vacuum regulator were bad leaking.

When removing the unit, one of exhaust manifold mounting bolts broke. No guarantees, priced as for parts use. It is rated at 5.5 KW and was running when removed.
